It Started With a Simple Idea

At Rooted Family Wellness Centre, we've spent years supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. Along the way, we noticed something.

Parents were constantly asking:

"Who do you recommend?"

They were looking for trusted professionals, quality products, local services, and a community they could rely on. While Ottawa has incredible resources, they aren't always easy to find.

So we created the Ottawa Baby Expo.
